1950's/1960's ornate silver plated by famous Sheridan Silver Co. I have these 3 parts but not the burner part. Beautiful item! Silver is tarnished adding to it's antique appeal, but can be polished.
Sheriden Silver of Taunton MA is a maker of silver plated hollow ware. Last photo shows one being sold on the web ~
