The total size is 18" x 23" which includes a 3.5" canvas-like border on heavy cardboard. This watercolor painting is by the American artist Roy Norman Medders (1925–2006) and is signed and dated "Medders '71". Born in Calhoun, Georgia, Medders was a painter and printmaker who studied in Paris before settling in New York City. His work often features abstract landscapes, florals, and birds, utilizing techniques in both watercolor and ink. Can be hung as is. I also have antique and vintage frames.
