Heavy duty chrome frame. This footstool/child seat/re-purpose item has been restored by me with new foot grips and a beautiful vintage silver snake vinyl I glued to the top (I bought that vinyl in Manhattan, NYC, back in the 1980's). Strong and will serve for another 50 years. The size of it is: The top is 11" x 14", the height is 9", the heavy duty rubber feet are brand new put on by me, and the footprint of the feet is 14.5" x 17.5".
