The size dimensions are: The top is 16" x 16". It is 27.5" tall. It has the original metal feet on it. It looks like the back had an original label on it. Research shows it was most likely designed by Norman Bel Geddes for the Simmons brand. It goes for thousands of dollars on some internet sites. This antique Art Deco machine age metal stand was produced by Simmons circa 1930. Possibly a Norman Bel Geddes design, this small stand features the modernist, streamline furniture designs Simmons commissioned Bel Geddes to create in the late 1920s and 1930s. Influenced by the German Bauhaus and Dutch De Stijl movements, the industrial, minimalist design has clean, geometric lines. I have owned it for 30 years. It has two shelves as you can see in the photos. One person is selling each of theirs for $690 (see last photos).
