The Falls Landing in downtown Brevard is seeking a Hands on Working Chef. This is not an Executive Chef position. We are a small but busy establishment, operating for over 26 years. The right candidate must have 5 years in a leadership role, strong knowledge of all stations, soup making, butchering of both meats and fish, ordering and inventory control. We are looking for a applicant with a strong familiarity with Americana and Seafood cuisines. Please email resume with references.
