About the job:
We are offering a full-time position at the heart of our delivery operations. The position is based at our Front Desk, where you will be creating invoices, answering phones, taking orders, and managing the cash drawer for walk-in sales. You will need to be comfortable working with a multi-line phone/intercom system and be computer savvy. This position is heavy on communication, speed, attention to detail, and being able to work with a wide variety of people. There is a lot of information changing throughout the day (produce availability, price changes, special orders, etc.) and you will be an important conduit in ensuring that our customers’ needs are responded to.
Work starts at 6 AM. Saturday availability is essential. We are looking for people who possess good communication skills, who can work quickly and efficiently with a high degree of accuracy, and are able to determine priorities in order to meet deadlines. Restaurant experience, either in front-of-house or back-of-house, is a great background. We are looking for personable candidates who provide excellent customer service.
Requirements: Ability to multi-task, stay focused amid distractions, work well under pressure, and keep up with changing priorities. QuickBooks experience preferred, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus!
