Old Europe is looking to add to our FOH team. We are a locally owned and operated coffee shop in Downtown Asheville, serving European Style Pastries and Desserts alongside traditional espresso drinks.

We are open from 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM Daily (11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday). We are looking for someone with open availability, including weekends and holidays. Shifts are 5 1/2 - 6 hours long on average and spent making coffee and / or serving customers. Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week.

Pay starts at $9.50 p / hr + tips. Cash tips taken home daily, credit card tips to be added to weekly paycheck. Average hourly pay after tips is $30 - $35 p/hr in the slow season and $35 - $40 during busy season

Qualifications :
- Can lift 50#
- Able to work as a team
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Barista Experience for a minimum of one year in a similar setting
- Punctual
- Professional
