About the Role
The MSW/Counseling Internship is designed for Master of Social Work and Counseling students seeking hands-on experience in a professional behavioral health and human services environment prior to graduion. This evergreen requisition allows candides to apply on a rolling basis and be considered for current and future internship opportunities as they become available. Interns will gain practical experience supporting individuals, families, and communities while developing clinical, case management, and professional skills under supervision.

Responsibilities
• Support client intake, assessment, and documention processes under supervision
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service or trement plans
• Participe in individual, group, and/or family sessions as approprie
• Observe and support crisis intervention and de-escalion techniques
• Collabore with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, case managers, and supervisors
• Maintain accure and timely documention in compliance with organizional and regulory standards
• Participe in supervision sessions, team meetings, and training opportunities
• Assist with resource coordinion and referrals to community-based services
• Support program initiives, outreach efforts, and client engagement activities
• Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional guidelines

Required Qualificions
• Currently enrolled in an MSW or Counseling program from an accredited institution
• Ability to meet internship or practicum requirements as defined by academic program
• Strong interpersonal, communicion, and organizional skills
• Ability to work collaborively in a team-based environment
• Basic understanding of social work or counseling principles, ethics, and practices
• Commitment to working with diverse populions and communities
