We are a 102+-year-old camp looking for motivated, fun-loving, inspiring counselors to teach, mentor, and supervise campers this summer in the Great Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina. Our campers are girls ages 6-15 and come from across the U.S. Our counselors are the most important people in a camper's summer, and in some cases, in their life. The most successful candidates are those who are able to juggle multiple tasks, create fun in an instant, maintain high energy, and serve as a positive role model. We are specifically looking for well-rounded counselors who are interested in teaching, building meaningful relationships, collaborating as part of a gifted staff team, and working in a hands-on environment to develop future leaders. Applicants should have a proven track record as outstanding role models for young girls and be interested in creating a nurturing and rewarding space for our campers to learn and grow.

We are looking for swim counselors to oversee our pool program, leading the girls in fun games, swim lessons and all-camp activities, as well as ensuring safety at the pool, and are lifeguard certified.
All counselors are also cabin counselors and work in teams to directly supervise 8-12 campers of the same or similar age group. The entire staff works together to plan and lead all-camp activities, including evening activities, hikes, cultural events, and campouts.
This is a full-time, seasonal (June 15-August 3) position, with $250/week salary, full room and board, weekly laundry service, and paid time off (24 hours/week). There is a possibility for a start as early as June 5th, depending on your availability and registrations of campers.
