Selling my Subaru as-is and pricing it accordingly -- please read entire listing thoroughly. I've owned this car and kept up with all routine maintenance throughout. New tires installed within the last 6 months. Engine was replaced approximately 1.5 years ago. Clean title, no accidents.
Recently had a mechanic inspection and have full written documentation of findings available, which include:

- Fuel tank pressure sensor code (will not pass emissions inspection to my knowledge)
- Rusted fuel tank and straps with fuel leaking from tank area
- Internal engine noise — mechanic noted noise is coming from inside the engine; pistons and rods need inspection via tear-down
- Upper and lower radiator hoses are swollen and need replacement

This is a great opportunity for a mechanic, someone looking for a project car, or a parts buyer. I'm not interested in putting more money into it, which is why I'm selling rather than repairing. Don't worry - I'll clean her up prior to sale. Was just eager to get the posting made! Happy to share more photos upon request.
