Nursery Plastics, Inc. lamp with original cord and shade. Lamp works, but plug has a crack and has been taped. Shade clamps on to bulb (not included). Wires have some rust and whatever ornament was on the shade is missing (see photo).

Lamp itself is in excellent condition beyond some foxing on vanity mirror. Pink wooden base is about 9" by 5" and about 15" tall with shade.
