Japanese Kutani ware Kyusu teapot with four teacups with lids. Hand painted enamel illustrations of a peacock and bamboo with gold gilt, in crackle glaze finish. It's designed for pouring Japanese green tea. It is likely from 1920-1960 period of Japanese history. Teapot is 5 1/4" wide and 4" tall. Cups are 3" wide and 3" tall with lid.
