Vintage Elaborate Textile ~ Brown Color w/Embroidery and Sequins/Sheer - $25 (Asheville)

Would make a great house or altar decoration or to up-cycle a jacket. Lots of detail. This piece is brown (NOT purple). I took photos of it in the sun with black cotton velvet behind it (because it is sheer) and, for some reason, some of the photos came out purple ~ it is not purple, it is a darker shade of brown. Looks much better in person!
The ends and selvage on it are turned over (finished).
Please note, however, that there is a small piece missing from one of the corners (don't ask me why as I don't know). This small piece is about 2.5 x 3.5 inches in size.
