Beautiful wood with an exquisite grain. 3.5" long, 1 5/8" wide and 3/4" deep. It has a unique 'hidden hinge' opening system (you have to know where to press which two corners to open it). I think I purchased it in Bali back in the 1970's? It is definitely wood from exotic trees. Compare to the $175 price on Ruby Lane for a similar box.
