Has a great sound! Marked Sarna and India on the back. I purchased it in India in the 1980's. Brass altar tool potential. You can see the clear incisions on it. Looks totally hand made. Size is 1.75". Has a deep, hollow sound. There IS a town in India called Sarna. There is also a long history of a man who started making 'Sarna bells' in 1938 on the web.
