Very rare and collectible children's book.

There are signs of wear, but book is generally in excellent condition. There is no writing or scribbling on any of the pages, and all pages are intact. There are also no torn pages. There is a very small piece of clear tape on the first page, and a small strip of clear tape on the last page. The tape has been placed very neatly and is not very noticeable, and it doesn't take away from the charm of the book.

This is a very small book. It measures slightly over 4 1/4 inches in length and width. It contains 32 pages.
