Fits 1 1/8” or 28.6 mm steer tube and a 31.8 mm handlebar.
Adjusts to any angle from 0 to 90 degrees, or flat to straight up. Uses a folding quick release latch to adjust. Works great and very secure. Has a hex bolt to adjust tightness of securing mechanism. Has a center stem hex bolt to secure to steer tube.
Used briefly. Great shape.
