Dr Mollegen was the long-time Professor of Christian Ethics at The Virginia Theological Seminary, an Episcopal school. These collections are essentially bound papers, vintage volumes not otherwise formally published. Some have red pen underlining from the original owner. They seem to be relatively rare, as I was unable to find their like online:
