Sorry to post this here in Asheville but no interest here in Charlotte.
I collect high end vintage Mountain bikes from the 80s and 90s.
Occasionally I obtain Road stuff which I have no use for and typically consider it "trade bait" for vintage MTB stuff.
So with that said...
I have this beautiful Custom Road bike welded here in the North Carolina Mountains by legendary frame builder Steve Garn. Maker of numerous bikes used in the Olympics and other events back in the day. Steve confirmed that this frame was a custom order and measures 60 from BB to top of top tube or 66 from BB to top of seat clamp.
Preferably I would like to trade for another Brew Mountain frame to add to my collection. But these seem to be increasingly difficult to obtain. So would consider trades for other high end frames welded by Guys like Ritchey, Slawta, FTW, Chris Chance Ross Shafer and more.
Also if your cup of tea is more vintage-y I have a bout a 40 pound box of 1950s-1960 road parts that include Campy, Simplex, Major Taylor, Suicide shifters...theres tons in that lot.
Let me know if you have anything interesting or possible know of someone that would be into a good trade. Thanks for looking.
