This is a Cervelo P3 in excellent condition. It feature It's been ridden on the road a handful times and has mostly been used indoors on the trainer. The trainer is not included with the sale of the bike. A bit about the bike:
Having Shimano Ultegra Di2 shifters sitting at the end of your ski-bend extensions makes it easy to shift when you're riding cross-eyed. It's almost an invitation to go harder on the Cervélo P3.
And the P3 is a bike that's easy to go hard on. No noodle, it carves a turn solidly and predictably thanks to well-engineered fork blades and a tapered steerer tube, and all your leg power gets channeled into forward force thanks to the smart use of carbon-fiber and the awesomely stiff BBright bottom bracket and the Rotor 3D30 crankset, outfitted with semi-compact 52/36 rings.
Cervélo works with Shimano to bring out the 6870 eleven-speed Ultegra components, but has a long-term partnership with Rotor and 3T. Rotor worked with them on the BBright standard and the two companies products mesh perfectly.
A stiff bike with good parts is nice, the P3 makes it a super-fast bike. The pedigree of the P3 is unbeatable, with wins at the Olympics, Giro, Tour, and World Championships as well as nineteen Ironman victories. The new P3 is even faster. Taking advances learned through the process of creating the P5, the P3 now has the fork crown mesh with the dropped down tube. The head tube extend back a good ways to smooth out airflow. The BBright standard allows the bottom bracket area to be wider and more aerodynamic. The area between the seat tube and seat stays have been further shaped to smooth out airflow and shield the rear brake, so it's hiding and yet still accessible.
You can see the adjustability of the Cervélo SP14 carbon-fiber seat post. The top has 75mm of fore-aft adjustment, which locks into place via Ritchey's ingenious one-bolt clamp. It's easy to find your sweet spot. And with a conventional 1 1/8" upper steerer tube and straightforward 3T stem and bars, it's easy to personalize the fit regardless of your dimensions.
This bike is routed for mechanical braking and electronic shifting, but if you decide in the future to switch to hydraulic braking and/or mechanical shifting, the frame will accommodate, just by switching a few pieces where the cables and hoses enter and exit. Similarly, you can easily bolt on a bento box and water bottle cage, or remove them, or switch them around from the down tube to the top tube. And there's a single bolt threaded above the bottom bracket for you and accessory designers to get creative. The under the down tube external battery keeps weight lower, and actually adds to the aerodynamics of the frame.
The Cervélo P3 Ultegra Di2 Bike is at home in front of the field, a position you'll have little problem getting used to.
