Am looking for an investor to collaborate in land flipping and building vacation cabin rentals,either one or both in st.luciamy birthplace.stlucia is the number one honeymoon Caribbean island voted 15 times.best honey moon island. The easiest way to make double or more in profits is flipping st.lucia land,buy n hold for 2 years,then resell.other ways to make money is build houses or cabins on land and resell for more within a year,I am a small builder here in USA and would move there to build whatever.
Am a st.lucian born american citizen in marshall nc.looking for an investor to invest in st.lucia land,hold for about 2years then resell making double or a little more than double.st.lucia land appreciates very fast,i personally 30 years ago bought a piece for $18k ec dols and resold in 2 years for $42k ec dols.( $1 u .s dols equals $2.65 ec dols.( Today piece of land about quarter of an acre would cost $30k u.s to $50k u.s dols depends on location part of island)
am a multi skilled construction tradesman in nc USA so can build a house myself if we decide to build a holiday house .I have great references in USA,nc,ny
