200 square foot studio available now - has a door for privacy, 3 bright windows, large closet, and additional storage in the attic as needed for $750 all utilities included; heat, newly installed air conditioning unit and high speed internet with the rent.
The shared space: It’s the top floor of a 100-year old building, above an established shop downstairs.
There is a private entrance to the shared space and 3 studios; you must climb a flight of stairs to reach it. We have a beautiful light-filled full kitchen with dining table and full bathroom. Hardwood floors, beautiful big windows, and a sweet little front porch right on Haywood Rd. close to the Universal Joint. There is dedicated off street parking.
The owner, Elise, is one of the studios and makes handmade lingerie. The other space is a painter/artist. It doesn’t really matter what you do, but it’s not suitable for potters with kilns, or tattoo artists because of it's location. I’m looking for people with good communication and good vibes only. This is not a live/work situation however, you have full access for the studio.
