Propane fireplace - $900 (Franklin)

This propane fireplace is 53" high by 56" wide and 22" deep. It has a fan and remote control. The pilot assembly likely needs a good clean because while the pilot light works it goes out when switched to the on position. I had a professional do this last year and it worked great. Five minutes was enough for this fireplace to heat up a large room. That same professional told me he recently installed a fire like this and the fireplace cost $3000 so that is what I am basing this price on.
