This efficient Payne furnace was recently removed by my neighbor from his recently purchased house that he is renovating. He installed a larger furnace. He gave this Payne furnace to me. I've decided to heat my house with a wood stove so I won't be needing the furnace. As far as I know the furnace was operational when it was removed. I have no way of testing it. Inside is very clean. Some rust spots on outside but housing is solid.
