We are looking for someone to take over our lease as we have to relocate for work. We truly hate this leave this apartment as it has been our favorite we have ever lived in. It has been a perfect place to come home to after a long day.
This is a beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom (with a balcony porch) 744 sq. ft apartment on the 3rd floor (top floor, so no neighbors above you, yay!). There is NOT an elevator in this building, so please keep this in mind for mobility concerns. Move in date would be May 1st-May 31st. (We are flexible with this). We would need you in no later than May 31st though.
The rent is $1600 a month and that INCLUDES the utilities, internet, pet rent, and amenity fees. The base rent is $1450 without all of that. The lease is through December 24th. We need someone to take it over completely. This is NOT a sublease.
Pets: My husband and I both lived here with our dog and cat. (The apartment will be completely clean of all pet hair if you are concerned with allergies at all). We are doing a full professional clean of the apartment after we vacate and before you move in so it will be like brand new. It is a very pet friendly community and clean. There is a lot of walking space, a courtyard, and pet stations.
When you move in we will COVER the additional one-time move-in fees for the complex that required like application fees, admin fees, and pet deposit fee, so the only thing you will be paying for is your monthly rent/utilities (which is included in the $1600 monthly price). We hope this can make the transition into the complex a little easier for you. The complex does require a background check, and applications for everyone who will be moving into the apartment.
The apartment is 5 minutes from downtown Weaverville and is a part of the Holston Complex (you can look on their website to see more photos of the complex itself)
