Seeking self-reliant/self-dependent open-minded professional individual to rent a newly constructed fully furnished cabin with ALL utilities included for only $1295 monthly. Cabin is just three (3) miles from downtown FRANKLIN, NC. PLEASE NO PETS/NO SMOKERS. All new appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer. A $1295 move-in security deposit is required, refundable if place is left as found. References required. Job and proof of income required.
