-We will require an application from every person over the age of 18.
-We'll run criminal background, credit, and we'll verify income.
-We'll also call past landlords, employers and references. Those will need to be great references.
It is $29 per application. Security deposit will be determined upon application review but will likely be two months rent. You will need to be able to pay that deposit within 24-hrs of being approved, and before you move in. If you're a voucher holder, and this is your first time renting from a private landlord, please verify if AHA will be able to assist you with a deposit. Otherwise, having the funds yourself will be your best option.
This is in a nice neighborhood and being nice neighbors is essential. Management is onsite regularly and we encourage neighbors to look out for one another and report when something seems out of place - most of the neighbors have my phone number.

The photos attached are of the home the last time it was vacant. The home coming available will be renovated and updated photos and information about its specifics will be available to prospects as we do the work. So..…if we get to an in person showing of the home, please note that it will look quite different by the time you move in; with fresh paint throughout, repairs and a professional clean at the very least.
