Rented from here and she scammed me. Everything was supposed to be included in rent but tried to force me to pay electricity. The upstairs neighbor controls your heating and air, you can’t. The upstairs neighbor also piles trash in the yard and her dog attacks people. You will be up all night every night because of the load music she refused to turn down. There’s mold!! And the ceiling leaks all the time and the landlord won’t fix the actual problem. Kids from upstairs stomp and bounce basket balls at 3 in the morning, they keep their dog locked in a cage most of the time and you hear it screaming all day. The upstairs lady is filthy and there’s mice all over due to it. The yard is filled with garbage and beer bottles. When you tell the landlord about the neighbor throwing trash in the yard and the loud music, she will tell you to stop making drama EVEN THOUGH you showed photo and video proof. 4 people have lived down here and moved out within a year!!!
