This Apartment does have washer dryer hookups but those appliances are not included however it does have a small community laundry room, it does come with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Trash is included. Duke energy will have to be turned on in your name for move in date. There is also a water bill through Conservice which we set up for you. These are first come first serve so we cannot hold. We do have an application process for everyone 18 and older (APPLICATION FEES WAIVED!!!).
