Getting in touch with nature is easy at Sweet Dreams, where you can spend time outdoors year-round. Enjoy views of Mount Pisgah while toasting marshmallows over the fire. Or, cool off in the creek after battling it out at badminton. Imagine dining at sunset on the spacious deck, sitting peacefully by the fountain, or pitching a tent in the backyard. This lovely property also features an herb garden, an abundant supply of blackberries, raspberries, grapes and even figs.
You won’t ever want to leave this retreat, but if you simply must get out and explore, Asheville and all its attractions are less than 20 minutes away. Plus, there is a gas station with a market just minutes down the road.

LEASE TERMS
| A (2) night minimum is required year round.
A 10% discount applies to reservations of (7) or more days.
Rental Rates
N.C. state and local taxes apply to all rental fees. 50% of the rental fee, including taxes, is due at the time of reservation. Remaining balances are due (7) days prior to occupancy.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $100.00 will be held at time of reservation and applied toward any damages to the premises during occupancy. All security deposits will be refunded within (10) days following check-out.
Additional Guests
Sweet Dreams accommodates up to (8) guests. A $25.00 per person fee applies to any additional occupants over (8). Occupancy violations will result in a rent forfeiture and immediate eviction of all guests.
Cancellations
A $25.00 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
Refunds
1. Cancellations made within (30) days of the reservation date will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within (15) days of the reservation date will receive a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date will forfeit 100% of the deposit and rental fee.
Early Departure
No refund for early departures.
