Tired of generic hotel rooms? Want some privacy and tranquility? You will enjoy our beautiful cottage within walking distance of downtown Asheville. The cottage features one bedroom with a queen bed and a very comfortable fold-out full size futon in the living room. We can provide a crib and high chair for families traveling with a baby. The small kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, kitchenware and some basic staples. The living room features a dining table for four, comfy futon couch, TV with cable and DVD player, CD player plus a small library of books, CDs and DVDs for your use and Wi-Fi access. The large bathroom is equipped with an over-sized jetted tub and separate shower unit. Guests have full use of the mossy, beautifully landscaped outdoor patio area complete with gurgling pond and gas grill. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer in the adjacent main house. We are happy to provide you with information about how to best enjoy the area.
$120-$150 /night for up to four guests, ask us for a quote.
$800-$900 /week (7 nights)
