Four bedroom 3 bath home in Mills River (Glens of Aberdeen). The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level with hardwood floors in the living room, dining, room and kitchen. Laundry room is on the main level. 2 car attached garage. The house sits on a sloping lot with a lower level with a large family room that opens out to the deck. A fourth bedroom and bath is on the lower level.
Since the lower level has it's own furnace and c/a unit it could be excluded from the rental if someone does not need the extra space.
I am flexible in terms of length of rental. I will do month to month with a 3 month minimum.
