Ciao! I'm looking for a sweet, fun, active, thoughtful, eco-conscious, animal-loving', healthy-eatin', responsible, and tidy roomie for the months of December thru February.

I'm 30's-ish, female, into cooking organic whole meals, yoga, dancing, art, permaculture, organic gardening, composting, non-toxic living, reducing consumption, bikes, knitting, good beer/wine/mead, indie and world music & film... Furry critters include a sweet dog and cuddly cat. No more pets, sorry :(

The room has queen bed, closet, carpet, lots of window, morning light. There's a folding table in there too if you need it. (sorry about the messy room pic, it will be completely neat and cleaned out by Dec 1, but you get the idea.) You'll have the hall bath to yourself pretty much.
The house is a warm, sunny, West Asheville craftsman bungalow. Lots of south windows, get's great winter light. Updated efficient windows and appliances. On quiet street easy biking or walking to Sunny Point, yoga, bike shop, Ingles, bakery, pub and Orbit. Hardwood floors, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, porches, big yard, and modern kitchen. No TV, no microwave, smoking outside only.

Rent is $450 + half utilities. $200 deposit.
Available December 1 through February 28.
