I am graduate student in UNCA and I will be transfering to ECU by this spring. I have a lease till May and I would like to sublet it. 4br/2bath. Individual lease.The rent is $400 amonth/everything included except for internet. But internet cost us $29.99 a month (divided by 4 so $7.5 each ). The apartment is walking distance from UNCA (University Place Apt). You can sublet till May and sign a new contract later on if you want to. Please email me and we can talk more options. The room will be available by Dec 20, 09 but you don't have to pay Dec rent.
