Move in day will be the First of December. I am moving into a house across town and need someone to take over this lease from December til the end of May. (You can continue with your own lease after May if you wish). It is through Carvor Reality and they are a very laid back and great company to rent from.
Rent is 525 which includes Water and Trash removal. I can usually get free wi fi from surrounding neighbors as well!

The apartment is the top right of a 4plex at almost the very top of Murdock Ave.
The front door opens into a very large living room with hardwood floors and a huge window, There is a hallway with a trash shoot in it and a closet. The kitchen can be accessed by the living room or hallway. At the end of the hallway are three doors. One into a full bathroom, one into the bedroom and another out a back exit of the building that I just keep blocked off but is a nice way to get to the off the street parking out back. The bedroom is almost as large as the living room with a closet as well.
I live here alone but would be very roomy for a couple.
As far as one bedrooms go this is the best deal I know of in Asheville. Half mile from downtown and just blocks from food, bars, and convenience. Also a great park at the end of the street.
