• Permaculture landscape, aquaponic greenhouse, chickens, gardens
• Food tends to be organic, local, omnivorous &/or raw
• Women preferred or very cool guys; queer friendly
• No smoking, regular toking or drinking
Rent is month by month -- short or long stay
