By August I am trying to get a new roommate in here, so I can sign on for another year lease. Including the $500 a month there is a Power Bill and Water Bill, plus we have to fill a furnace in the winter. There are two bedrooms and one bath. My room is a bit larger so I will be paying $600 a month. the house: Five bedroom house has all hardwood floors. Large foyer holds mail. The piano lives in the music room with space for the table when the dining room is transformed into a dance floor.
