Lot rent is $210 includes well water, locked mailboxes and trash pickup.  Small family park with @ 18 homes.  Price reflects the fact that the carpet is original and you would probably want to replace it and do some interior painting (original wall treatments), and the deck will need updated. AS I do minor cosmetic adjustments the price will go up.  <br>

This home is very livable in a quiet setting, needing only cosmetic touches.<br>

Great for investors as this can rent at 700 a month, but I work 3 jobs and don't have time to manage it.<br>
