President Obama fits this description. He wants Americans to believe in government run healthcare when he appears unable to mobilize the forces necessary to prevent the deaths of 119 children from H1N1! This pandemic appeared in Mexico City many months ago now-there has been time to mobilize resources to prevent these deaths. Maybe he'll call out the press corps and have them photo him at a child's funeral. I own my shame for voting for this constitutional scholar. Way to go, smart guy!
