We are seeking a creative, innovative, risk taker who isn’t afraid to think “outside the box” and make an impact within the department as well as the organization. We require our interns to bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow. All of our interns must have a strong interest in book publishing!

Internship details as follows:

• Internships are for course credit only
• Internships are a minimum of 14 hrs per week

Currently we are seeking a Blacksmith. Responsibilities of this position include: daily planning and facilitation of blacksmith activities and instruction, maintenance and supervision of Blacksmith shop. Qualifications for this position include: a background in the art of Blacksmithing, experience teaching children, clear mvr, and the abiltiy to pass all background checks.

Camp staff is expected to attend a two week training session beginning May 24. Camp dates of employment are May 24 to July 31, 2010. Camp Arrowhead offers a weekly salary competitive to other camps (increases with experience and certifications), room and board, laundry, internet access, scheduled time off. Year-round studio and shop space is available.
