This is a LA-Z-Boy comfortable sofa and offers a firm, non-sagging bed. It came as a package deal for furniture in my new "gently used" park home, but I need the room. Standing a few feet from it, it just lookes like a nice pattern of beige and slightly darker beige, or is it more grayish....very neutral - but there are subtle strands of dark red, teal, and gold running through it. Very nice. I have a few sets of very different pillows and they all look good - just depends on your decor. I see these start at $900 new and I wish I didn't need to let it go for I've had sleepers before, but never one this solid and comfortable. It has those little arm protectors....and it's not been around pets.

This is the large Colonial Hitchcock Hutch/Buffet with 3 doors up top and extra drawers below. The more common hutch of this size has only 2 drawers, but this more desirable version, Hitchcock called the Westport, has a full width linen drawer just below the three smaller drawers. It is made of maple and is quite heavy because it is solid � inch maple. It has a cherry finish called Harvest with black highlights on top and is in excellent condition with its original finish. The hutch measurers 57 inches wide at the crown molding and is 40 inches high by 14 inches deep. The buffet measures 54 inches wide by 35 inches high by 19 inches deep. Together it is magnificent at 75 inches tall. Notice the floral images and designs that Hitchcock is famous for stenciled on the doors, drawers and surrounds. If you can find one of these at an antique dealer you will pay at least $2000. If you come see this piece you will not be disappointed. I am asking $1100.

I had this posted before but the person who was going to come get it never came. Sorry to all those who e-mailed before and never recieved a response. I had many inquiries. This bed comes with the boxspring and mattress. Side rails are metal. Mattress is in good shape only a few years old. A little discolored but could be cleaned and look as good as new. Head board and foot board are very nice raw looking logs. Very rustic looking, VERY comfortable. Hate to part with but moved into a much smaller space and the bed is too large for the room. Asking 350.00 obo for all possibly willing to sell separate. The headboard and footboard alone cost over 400.00 new. (Bedding is not included). Thanks!
