Yes, it's true...finally a women's basketbal league in Asheville!!!! The city is opening it's doors to a women's league this year, and the SEASON STARTS SOON!
We need as many teams and players as we can get (ALL SKILL LEVELS), so please help SPREAD THE WORD!!!

Info and captains meeting is tomorrow, Thursday Nov 5th, at the Asheville athletics office.
Team registration DEADLINE is mid-Nov!
Games start the 1st week of Dec (games played on weeknight, day TBD)

I'm doing this on a voluntary basis, but feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to play but don't have a team. If you think you know enough people to form a team on your own that would be fantastic -please let me know if this is the case so I can keep track of how many teams to expect.
